doesnt work

please help me, these app doesnt work on my iphone and ive bought the full version!

Rather useful and decidedly fun!

I downloaded and used in almost a single step, and want to recommend this app to everyone the least bit scientific. My first use of Colorimeter is finding equi-luminescent colours to use as an adjunct to reading a book titled Vision and Art: The Biology of Seeing (Margaret Livingston), to gain an understanding of certain visual effects used in art. I intend using this app as part of my ongoing effort as a photographer to see colour more accurately. Different blacks, for example. I have asked about the feasibility of an adjustable-diameter sample circle (in separate email). So far, everything else is there for me. Sure, the price of the app is relatively high, not being an app aimed at the popular market, but worth it unless your down and out, and I want to tip my wallet in the direction of the apps author(s) in thanks. PS. Quadriminds colorPicker is a good companion app (its free), inasmuch as it lets the user sample from a stored image as well as running live like Colorimeter. The other is limited to RGB, but also takes photos. I have not compared the two for consistency. PPS. Colorimeter definitely does need bright sunlight for accuracy.

Useless

This app is slow/laggy, doesnt seem to show numerical values for colors like in the picture, and is nowhere near accurate (jumps all over the place; two monitors with noticeably different white balances appear the same in the app). Definitely not worth $4.

Compare function does not work!

Pls, fix it.

Exactly what I was looking for

Works as designed for a portable quick RGB sampler. Do not use this as a replacement for a professional colorimeter, but its just fine for $3.99!

It is not accurate.....not even close

I would like my money back on this. Not even in the same palette of colors.

Nice

I like it ! Just like any app or tool you need to understand everything and find what works for you, in this case this tool is exactly what I needed.

Needs a few things

A potentially awesome app for cinematographers to measure the color of lighting on set. Would be all the more useful if it had the option to display color temperature and tint (green/magenta balance) in real time on the main screen instead of RGB levels. This is what we need to see as we make adjust to lighting. Having it display in real time is important as we make quick comparisons with and without gels. Even better would be to be able to set a temparature & tint target and have it display difference from the target in real time.
